    Roles & Responsibilities

    RMA Engineer (Training Provided) - Jurong East / Mon - Fri [3770]

    Salary range: $2,000 – $2,500
    9am-6pm Monday – Friday
    Jurong East

    Job Summary:

    • Provide support for local walk-in customer for warranty claim.
    • Provide support and deliver for RMA claim.
    • Provide support for online shop fulfilment.
    • Provide support for operation function.

    Essential Functions:

    • Handle country distributors or resellers for faulty items return and replacement fulfilment.
    • Perform troubleshooting, testing for faulty device, basic repair, software upgrade and reworks. Online shop chat response and fulfilment
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Min. Nitec in IT Study
