Procurement Assistant
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order in a timely manner.
- Research potential vendors and perform price comparison.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricing.
- Perform DO/Invoice matching.
- Arrange logistics for goods collection and delivery.
- Manage relationships with vendors for better pricing and payment term.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Conduct stock count in monthly basis.
- Process Purchase Order for office stationery and pantries items.
- Filling of all documentations and updating of all records daily.
Requirements and skills
1. At least 1 year working experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
2. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP system.
5. Good attitude and willing to learn.
