Procurement Assistant


Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order in a timely manner.
  • Research potential vendors and perform price comparison.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricing.
  • Perform DO/Invoice matching.
  • Arrange logistics for goods collection and delivery.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for better pricing and payment term.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
  • Conduct stock count in monthly basis.
  • Process Purchase Order for office stationery and pantries items.
  • Filling of all documentations and updating of all records daily.

Requirements and skills

1. At least 1 year working experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.


2. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.


3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.


4. Hands-on experience with ERP system.


5. Good attitude and willing to learn.
