    Position Summary:

    Work as a member of the Technical Service Delivery Team, responsible in providing professional project implementation & technical service delivery, application service & support for our clienteles in Singapore and in the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Participate as a team member in Smart Systems project delivery and both pre and post sales activities which include onsite survey and meeting, systems configuration & installation, user acceptance test, user training, system commissioning, post deployment technical support.
    2. Provide frontline technical support as well as troubleshooting with issues relating to ICT hardware, IoTs, connectivity and smart phone & tablets (Android & iOS).
    3. Provide onsite technical service delivery in the most effective means which include working along and supervising external contractors or vendors.
    4. Participate on quality assurance at different phases of the project with test plans and execute such tests/documentations to ensure both the hardware and software work seamlessly.
    5. Work closely with software development teams to investigate and troubleshoot system related issues as well as update support & service tickets.
    6. Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns, adhering to service level agreements.
    7. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

    Skills Requirements

    Singapore Permanent Resident/Citizen.

    Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

    Minimum A-level/NTC and passionate in ICT related discipline.

    Good knowledge of Android/iOS fundamentals.

    Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Teams.

    Knowledge in networking fundamentals and Microsoft Certification is an added advantage.

    12 months of relevant work experience in a PC/laptop hardware, networking, system or service delivery environment.

    Fresh applicant may apply as trainee position.

    Attention to detail, with good customer service experience is essential.

    Would prefer candidate with class 3 driving license (company vehicle) /OR have own transportation.

    Willing to make short travel within the region.

    Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
