Leasing Assistant Manager/ Manager, Retail & Hospitality Department (OCBC Property Services)

Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall.
Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents.
Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Manage tenancyrelated issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, assist Credit Control with arrears management, and perform other lease management functions
Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties.
Track security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
Prepare monthly management reports, rental forecast and annual budgets.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and attend to all feedback/requests promptly

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
At least a Degree/ Diploma qualification or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of LOI/LOO & TA and landlord/tenant legal obligations.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Possess good network of tenants and contacts
Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong report writing and presentation skills
