Our Client is a long established and highly regarded Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding MNC. We are closely partnering with them to identify a high caliber Sales professional to join their expanding team as a Sales Manager covering the Singapore market.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies and business plans.
- Owning annual budgeting, sales planning and P&L.
- Actively hunting for new business
- Relationship Management and further developing business opportunities with existing clientele.
- Undertaking market research and creating actions plans that will allow the company to generate revenue with new clients and / or markets.
- Presentation preparation and delivery.
- Providing regular sales reports and accurate forecasts.
- Achieving given sales targets and KPI's as well as development of a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assisting in tender preparation.
- Reporting market trends to the Management Team.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- University Degree holder (preferably Supply Chain / Logistics related).
- A minimum of 6 years of sales experience within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry together with at least 2 years of exposure to the Oil & Gas vertical (essential).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success.
Salary:
$8, $10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
