About the role
The Finance intern will provide support to the Finance function in daily operations of the shared service center (SSC). This position will be exposed to full spectrum of the Shared Service Center, enhancing the whole learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of monthly account reconciliations
Taking in supplier invoice as per PO policy or DOA
Issue invoices for the organization in ERP system, ensure invoicing KPI is met
Verifying expenses claim
Involve in month end closing
Involve in User acceptance test (UAT) for system enhancement, if necessary
Liaising with internal and external stakeholder
Any other matters as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Required Skills and Experience

Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines
Good team player and possess good communication skill
Eager to learn and a "cando attitude"
Open to rotation among the different finance functions within the shared service environment.
