This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client

Salary Range :
$4,000-$5,000


  • Coordinate, collate and automate the relevant service reporting, key performance indicators,
measurements, and action items.


  • Coordinate incidents, problems, and service request management.
  • Implement problem management process (in consideration of automation) with contract teams, including
preparing for and conducting post incident review meetings


  • Drive first draft of client facing and internal reports to final approval.
  • Collate and prepare all the reports for the weekly, progress report meetings, minute and follow-up on the
action items discussed in the meeting.


  • Explore tools that can collate all service assets information on the cloud and ensure continued support,
warranty and maintenance managed as

part of the ongoing operations lifecycle management.


  • Prepare monthly service report based on the agreed format.
  • ITIL V3/4 certification
