Description
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clientWork Location:

Salary Range :
$4,000-$5,000
- Coordinate, collate and automate the relevant service reporting, key performance indicators,
- Coordinate incidents, problems, and service request management.
- Implement problem management process (in consideration of automation) with contract teams, including
- Drive first draft of client facing and internal reports to final approval.
- Collate and prepare all the reports for the weekly, progress report meetings, minute and follow-up on the
- Explore tools that can collate all service assets information on the cloud and ensure continued support,
part of the ongoing operations lifecycle management.
- Prepare monthly service report based on the agreed format.
- ITIL V3/4 certification
