Responsibilities:

Ensure and drive the execution of assigned tasks/projects within Engineering & Automation Team to support business improvements and renewals
Lead and drive optimal design processes efficiently for assigned warehousing projects within Asia Pacific Region which includes the planning, risk assessment, data analysis, material flow, determination of optimal solution concept, detailed solution design, manage automation vendor quotation and investment analysis.
Comply with Standard Work Framework for Engineering & Automation APAC and promote the work practice, to ensure efficient engineering & automation simulation processes and aligned to the key steps and milestones represented in CLDM.
Work collaboratively with the Engineering & Automation leadership to ensure the templates & offerings are correctly deployed to maximize the business success through these products and specific verticals
Leverage and quickly replicate best engineering & automation practices across EA Network
Analyze detailed data to provide processes and workflows determination, position responsibilities and system flows in conjunction with physical material flows, identify tactical recommendations
Analyze contractual commitments, specifications, performance and other data to plan and develop logistics activities by using knowledge of industrial and/or process engineering, automation, ergonomics, business practices & requirements
Review the current layout and perform warehouse redesign as needed taking into consideration of net impact
Responsible for managing and developing solution reengineering for existing customers including nominated projects/tasks from operations and contract renewals via scheduling plan.
Assess the feasibility of utilizing and expanding the use of Automation, Robotics, and Technologies on applicable process or setup to improve productivity on the operations activities

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors' degree, in Industrial Engineering / Logistics Engineering / Automation & Mechatronics Engineering
Min 3 years of experience in modern warehouse/ automation/ project implementation in 3PL environment
Solid analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding of Contract Logistics and Warehousing.
Excellent knowledge and/or extensive experience of logistics automation methods and techniques
