Kerry Consulting is currently working with a regional financial institution to look for a Head of Legal to support their Singapore business.

Our client is a key player within the investment banking and brokerage space in the region.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to step into a people management role and work on high value and exciting transactions.

ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Legal, you will partner closely with the business to help identify and assess any legal risks for the Company.

You will take an active role in supporting the Company's new projects and the development of new financial products from a legal perspective.

You will provide guidance to the team in reviewing and negotiating agreements. You will also endeavour to resolve all litigation issues on a timely basis.
RequirementsYou should be a qualified lawyer with min 15 years PQE with prior experience working in a financial institution. You should bring along with you knowledge in the capital markets, global markets/derivatives space. General understanding of the SFA/FAA would definitely be very helpful in this role.
