DESIGNATION :
Administration Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration Support to the Singapore District Business Officer

Provides backup assistance as a minute secretary for Singapore District Business Board, Territorial Management Board and Territorial General Expenditure Board
Provides backup assistance on insurance policy matters
Provides backup assistance to manage the pool vehicles at THQ
Maintains a procedure manual of administration executive tasks as a guide for backup assistance
Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time
Ensures confidentiality and security of information
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
Any other adhocs duties assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree with at least 1 2 years experience in Business Administration or similar role.
Handson and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills assistance
