Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly, provide directions and assist with patient onboarding.
Organize and maintain the patient lounge, including the inventory management of all items kept in the pantry.
Ensure that all food items are stored appropriately and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Serving and clearing any plates or cups after the patient leaves.
Perform regular checks of pantry inventory levels and notify the Centre Manager when stock is running low.
Assist with the food ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies and materials.
Comply with all service quality, infection control, health and safety requirements to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Work closely with medical and administrative staff to facilitate efficient clinic operations and enhance patient experience.
Undertake duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma and/or relevant training or experience in hospitality or F&B field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach to service delivery.
Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands.
Must be physically fit, stand for extended periods of time, and work in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety practices.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
