Post Fixture Coordinator - Singapore - INNERGY CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

Description

We are looking for a meticulous and committed Post Fixture Coordinator for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Post Fixture department in tasks such as issuing freight invoices, accounts receivable invoices, laytime calculation, etc. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

· Issue freight and accounts receivable (AR) invoices, and diligently follow up.

· Compute laytime calculations accurately.

· Raising accounts payable (AP) vouchers, arrange payments and follow up.

· Liaise closely with various departments, including Accounting, Chartering and Operations teams.

· Handle reports for month-end closing purposes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree preferably in Maritime related studies.

· Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the Shipping Industry.

· Able to communicate effectively and is a good team player.

· Good interpersonal skill and meticulous.
