Description

Responsibilities To adhere to prevailing Company SOPs including service KPIs. To carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks). To investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions. To issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports. To disassemble cancelled units for stock return. To provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers. To supervise ADs during service works and to report discrepancies if any.
Requirements ITE in Engineering (Mechanical years of relevant work experience or Diploma in Mechanical with no prior experience. Basic English language proficiency needed to prepare service reports. Willing to be on standby for adhoc service activation after office hours. Overtime will be paid for service hours worked after office hours. Willing to commute to clients' site for servicing. Transport reimbursement is provided for travel from office to client site. Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work. Willing to travel overseas for work.
