Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs Human Resource & Admin Manager, you will be working with stakeholders to provide administrative support and daily tasks within the charity which include working with department heads and team members in each of the business' departments on a daily basis, in Human Resource & Administration Matters. This will include:
· Identifying opportunities to improve our HR policies or objectives
· Leading and/or participating in meetings
· Maintaining all policies and procedures and Employee Handbook
· Hiring and training administrative staff
· Creating personnel folders for new hires
· Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
· Overseeing department budget planning and development
· Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
