Job:

Leading the general business development strategy for all of JAPAC publisher market


Duties:


  • Review the project plan and project activities to ensure adherence to the project plan.
  • Participate in the lead generation by identifying new strategic opportunities.
  • Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project.
  • Scouting and maintaining partnerships with channel sales partners across each market from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, etc.
  • Building a sales pipeline and forecast revenue on a quarterly and annual basis for all JAPAC area.
  • Executing a gotomarket strategy for new markets and territories.
  • Growing and managing an account managers and business development managers team in the region.

Profile:


  • University degree in business, management or related fields, ideally from a top Business School.
  • 10+ years of expertise in business development with management position.
  • Indepth knowledge in the advertising industry is mandatory.
  • Solid network and contacts in the advertising industry in the area.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong experience in managing a network of partners based in several countries.
  • Fluent in English to ensure communication with foreignbased clients and partners.
