Description
_aking over project sow from presales team _
- _Understand project delivery scope and manage budget _
- _Loading of order for hardware/software with Distributors and Partners _
- _Build project kickoff slides - sow, times,orgcharts, risks,stakeholders and etc _
- _Initiate team meetings _
- _PM is require to integrate all stakeholders for workshops, meeting, discussion and etc with the purpose of moving the project forward _
- _Driving Project team to archieve deliverables and meet timeline _
- _The person must be able to handle enterprise network project, _
- _Team player _
- _Need to be IT savvy, _
- _On-site presence to drive project, _
- _Project leader to guide a team of qualified technical staff. _
- _Client focus _
- _Position require working non-standard hours when projects require _
- _Handing over project to maintenance or Day 2 team _


_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES _
- _To lead, plan, execute, and commission projects according to scope, schedule and within budget. This includes managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. _
- _Monitor and control the project progress, budget, cost, resources, schedule and deliverables _
- _Ensures adherence to project scope and requirements. _
- _Management of the project scope, Changes, deliverables and timeline & Budget _
- _Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan. _
- _Undertakes project status review meetings among project team members and clients. _
- _Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues. _
- _Accountable to the Project Director and/or key stake holders for the delivery of project. _
- _Ensure the successful handover of any projects into the Service Delivery and Support structure with the objective of providing the customer with an effective transition _
- _Facilitate project closure and lessons learned _


_Education and Qualifications _
- _Degree or Equivalent _
- _Certification PMP, Prince2, ITIL, CITMP _
- _CCNA, CCNP,MCSE _


_Work Experience _
- _Minimum 7- 10 years working in enterprise network _
- _Experience with at least one named project management methodology (PMM, etc.) _
- _Exceptional customer service skills _
- _Excellent written and oral communication skills _
- _Desire and ability to learn _
- _Ability to lead and manage a team _


_Technical / Professional Skills _

  • Certification: PMP, Prince2, ITIL, CITMP_
