Job Description:

Vendor Management:

• Act as the main liaison point for purchases and contracts within the team.
• Evaluate vendors based on cost, performance, and reliability to support vendor selection

Financial Oversight:

• Raise payment requests and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Manage inventories to maintain precise purchase and pricing records

Decision Support:

• Prepare management reports for decision-makers, facilitating the approval of products or services for purchase

Policy Adherence:

• Enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring the team follows established guidelines

Contract Management:

• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms with vendors
• Provide necessary information for contract drafting and coordinate with the Legal team for contract preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement and contract management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functional environments
