We offer an Internship Program for a period of 6 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate to join our Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) in Singapore.

CISD's mission is to build the services development, marketing and sales execution capabilities needed to develop customer-focused strategies that accelerate services growth.

We aim to make Caterpillar, Cat dealers and CI Customers SERVICES STRONG.

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide internship experience for currently enrolled marketing and business students, with student working side-by-side with in-house Integrated Services and Sales Support team to deepen the intern's skills while also providing the Company with valuable advice and project work on sales and marketing initiatives.

JOB DUTIES:

Support the planning and execution of commercial programs and eCommerce activation actions.
Help create sales and marketing collateral for the Retail and Small Core/eCommerce Sales Support Team.
Assist in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
Conduct market research and data analysis to help identify key trends and opportunities in the market.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
Some business travels may be required.

INTERNSHIP BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent.
Experience in data analytics.
Englishspeaking ability is a must. Multi language speaking ability would be an advantage.
Good human relations and networking skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
Must be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement for duration of the internship.
Must be proactive when looking for solutions, very structured, and methodical.
Presentation and facilitation skills are essential.
