Digital marketing strategists are responsible for initiating, driving and implementing marketing initiatives to accelerate lead generation while also improving brand presence and conversion. They craft the overall strategy for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to meet the business goals of the organization.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, tech-savvy, data-driven, and has significant experience in handling both paid and unpaid marketing platforms.

You will be responsible for managing multi-channel advertising campaigns across online channels with a strong analytical eye on optimising media spend, creative, and copy to drive new customer growth for agency clients.

  • Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Identify and test new creatives and ad copies to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Create and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rate
  • Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
  • Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
  • Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results


  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience on implementing Social Media Advertising, SEM and SEO campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing (HubSpot certified) will be a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fastpaced, multifaceted startup environment.
  • Strong time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong followthrough, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
  • A desire to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment

Hybrid work arrangement:
Working 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

$3, $3,500.00 per month
