- Conducting technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs.
- Offering presales technical assistance and product education.
- Collaborating with the sales team and technical experts, fostering effective communication.
- Resolving client problems and contributing to the design of customized products.
- Delivering training and producing support materials for the sales team. Assisting the sales manager in data analysis and preparing sales presentations.
