Sales Support - Singapore - NOVO RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales team (for example, issuing quotation/compilation of technical documents/Circulation on contract/ PO received for review/ taking off quantities from drawings)
- Handle project assignment and maintain project listing in SAP system for project team
- Ensure accuracy of market size and project reference captured in system
- Handle month end closing report for Singapore & China and circulate to operation department for planning
- Prepare sales report for submission on BU's meetings (OCMT/GMT/Board meeting)
- Support tender submission for NSC projects
- Support marketing plans (EDM blasting for new product launch)
- Compilation, analysis and Keep detailed track of sales and customer information in SAP system
- Provide guidance and direction to sales team members, offering assistance with any need at any time
- Coordinate with other departments to provide smooth execution of sales initiatives Train and mentor new sales associates on SOP & sales activities
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Minimum 13 years relevant experience.
- Good communication, process skill and teamwork
- Methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities, and allocates resources effectively.
- Takes initiatives, makes things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
