Roles & Responsibilities

Handling and managing patient satisfaction

Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bonesetting Post and Prenatal etc

Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards

Sales of health services or products (attractive commission will be provided)

Any other tasks as assigned

Cooperate with the front desk and TCM physicians to provide patients with professional treatment and services

Provide massage, cupping, scraping, bone setting, moxibustion, lactation and other physical therapy services for patients

keep the office clean

Sales of TCM treatments/services or products

Job Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese

Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred

Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays

Those who can communicate in Chinese and English are preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Can work on weekends and public holidays

Minimum qualification level

Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience
