Role Summary
ENGIE Services Singapore (ESS) focuses on providing sustainable energy solutions and integrated facility management services in Singapore.

ESS offers a wide range of services to various sectors, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare institutions, and public sector organizations.


This role is a key contributor to the team, including but not limited to, recruiting compliance through policy and process optimization, and to drive operational support to all talent acquisition matters with the objective to ensure that the organization's current and future requirements are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs
  • Build relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Administer all required documentation for interviews, background checks, hiring and onboarding.
  • Participant in hiring exhibition like career fair and develop relationship with universities for youth hiring.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in talent acquisition/recruiter environment with proven track records, preferably in related industries.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
  • Excellent problemsolving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
