    About this Role:

    BlueMedia Group is seeking a proactive and strategic Media Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing all media-related activities, including offline and online channels' media partner relationship, media spending and pricing, channel mix recommendations, and optimisation strategies. You will work closely with our regional media team, media agency partners and relevant resources to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the media space.
    • Manage pricing structures across diverse channels, encompassing OOH, and Paid Media (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other super Apps).
    • Offer insights and recommendations on media spending, pricing, and channel allocation tailored to client objectives and budget constraints.
    • Collaborate closely with the regional media team and relevant resources to execute media strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize media campaigns and maximize performance.
    • Supervise media account management duties, including comprehensive campaign performance reporting.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in media planning, ideally within an agency environment.
    • Proficiency in media buying, rate negotiation, and campaign optimization.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Mastery of various advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Sharp analytical acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are advantageous.
    • Experience with international clients or overseeing overseas media campaigns is a plus.
