Ogury are seeking a Programmatic Director, APAC. The role consists of leading the Programmatic team across APAC.

Together with the MD of APAC, this Regional Director will drive the programmatic strategy for the whole APAC region and across the regional teams to realise local revenues.


The Programmatic Director, APAC will contribute actively in building the future of Ogury's programmatic offering across Singapore, Japan, Australia etc, working closely with the APAC MD on the GTM strategy, building business opportunities and managing a team of programmatic specialists based in the local markets.

It's expected also to work very closely with other key stakeholders such as Tech and Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Supply.


Success in this role is supporting the business in building the regional and local roll out of the programmatic strategy of the business, cascading this into the local market, ensuring success in each markets while improving and increasing the relationships with the DSP partners.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Responsible for "in market" programmatic revenues
  • Nurturing existing partnerships with DSPs and helping to build new ones at Regional level. Oversee progress towards KPIs through QBRs
  • Support the sales organisation to maximise the programmatic revenues and transform the organisation to think and breath programmatic 1st
  • Support regional clients for central programmatic activations.
  • Contribute in the rollout of the UA (User Acquisition) line of business
  • Work with VP of Trading to define the programmatic commercial incentives for agencies
  • Support the Regional team in the rollout of the Ogury strategic programmatic projects including GTM Strategies
  • Deliver product updates & develop case studies together with key partners and internal stakeholders

About You:


  • A vast amount of experience within the Programmatic landscape
  • Excels in knowing how to unlock Programmatic revenue in a holistic way
  • Has a strong / unrivalled network within the main DSP's
  • Has experience with implementing new programmatic strategies
