(儿童与青少年Children and Youth)

工作范围: Work Scope

1) 牧养层面Pastoral level
配合华文部异象,全面主导青少年及儿童事工牧养 Incorporating Mandarin Ministry's vision for the year, to fully take charge of the shepherding of the youth and children ministries

· 青少年人:青成小组及GO 团契 Youths: Young adults cell group (YACG) and GO Fellowship

· 儿童:GOKids

主导、策划、建立事工的团队

Leading, planning and building these teams of ministry

· 探访与关怀 Visitation and caring

· 参与团契或小组聚会 Participate in fellowship or cell group gatherings

· 策划及参与老师聚会 Plan and organise teacher gatherings for fellowship

· 帮助青少年人更加委身教会 Helping young people to become more committed to the church

· 牧养现有的青少年人及儿童,并且引进非信徒青少年及儿童来教会Shepherding existing youths and children into deeper faith and leading young pre-believers to attend church

2) 教导层面 Teaching level

讲台,团契及GOKids的分享、带领查经班及课程的教导 Preaching of sermon and leading bible studies/discipleship classes and other sharing sessions for YACG, GO Fellowship and GOKids

· *主日崇拜讲台(分担牧者)Sunday worship service sermon (Pastoral team responsibility)

· GO 团契分享 Sharing during GO Fellowship

· GO 团契带领查经班 Leading bible studies for GO Fellowship

· *协助特别讲座(分担牧者)Coordinating the delivery of special seminars (Pastoral team responsibility)

· GOKids课程的策划及安排GOKids lessons planning and materials preparation

· GOKids老师培训 Preparing GOKids teachers on lesson delivery

· 栽培现有及未来领袖 Nurturing current and future leaders

3) 行政层面 Administrative level

掌握华文部会友籍资料(青少年及儿童)Have a good grasp of the membership of the Mandarin Service (Youths and Children)

· 整理及收集华文部青少年会友、学习会友及会众 Organise and collect information on youths who are members, preparatory members and congregation members

· 整理及收集崇拜青少年新朋友资料 Organise and collect information on newcomer youths

· 整理及收集会友家庭中青少年及儿童孩子资料 Organise and collect information on youths and children in members' families

4) 其他 Others

· 在不影响主要职责的前提下,在华文部主席及主理的同意下,协助主理及华文部牧者在任何事工上的需Participate or assist in church ministries with the approval of the MWC Chairperson and the PIC (on the premise of not affecting one's primary responsibilities).
