Description

Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in manufacturing and selling pastries and sweets.
They are recruiting staff members to support the expansion of our business by promoting our brands domestically and internationally.
Reporting to Director
【What you will be working on】

Expanding the network of FC partners domestically and internationally (mainly in ASEAN, China, India, the Middle East, and Europe).
Developing companyowned stores.
Negotiating store and FC contracts.
Assisting with store openings (ensuring materials and facilities are prepared, confirming construction schedules, and supporting staff allocation).

Requirement:

At least 2 years of corporate sales experience
Listening/Writing/Speaking in English and Mandarin is essential for documentation and negotiation to expand the business in ASIA including China mainland.
Positive proactive working attitude and solutions driven
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Possess excellent communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
Willingness to travel and work abroad actively (frequent overseas trips, up to 23 times per month at peak times)
