Description

Responsibilities:


  • Execute daily routine calibration and repair work orders as assigned
  • Troubleshooting instrument breakdowns and carry out intermediate repairs on production systems or report back to Engineer/Manager.
  • Supervise vendors/service providers activities for routine calibration work to ensure instruments are maintained in full operational status.
  • Promptly inform engineers of any incidents or events, irrespective of the nature and severity.

  • Be vigilant on safety to ensure jobs are done in a safe way and maintaining a high level of GMP compliance.
  • Ensure all calibration works are duly carried out as scheduled and in compliance with Engineering standards and calibration procedures.
  • Perform shift if required and respond oncall for calibration/service breakdown and support ongoing operations.
  • Troubleshoot instrument breakdowns and carry out repairs of production systems or report back to Engineer/Manager.
  • Work with contractors, vendors/service providers for calibration work to ensure instrument is maintained in full operational status.
  • Perform tasks that are routine in nature and the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Coordinates with external contractors for specialized calibration work
  • Promptly inform engineers of any incidents or events, irrespective of the nature and severity.
  • Perform work order documentation in SAP and calibration data in CMX.
  • Keeps all areas clean and well organized
  • Communicate to Engineer/Manager when encounter noncompliance issues including work delay, breakdown, missing parts etc.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager, inclusive but not limited to the above.

Requirements:


  • NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering
  • 510 years experience in Pharmaceutical routine calibration and repair work orders execution
  • Able to perform shift if required and respond oncall for calibration/service breakdown
  • Troubleshooting skills, handson and writing skills

Notes:


7 months contract till 31 July 2023

Option to extend or converted depending on business needs and performance.

Salary:
S$4,000 to S$6,500

**Based in Tuas.
