- Work with end users to propose / and review business processes involving Ops IT system to ensure optimal workflow and ease of use.
- Analyse IT issues raised for business process review to improve / mitigate existing IT system issues
- Work with end users to improve systems function / feature designs for existing and new Ops IT system.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes with IT vendor and implement rectifications / solutions.
- Handle level 1 / 2 support for Ops IT systems assigned.
- Interpret and analyze data for Ops IT system improvement
- Assist to develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training .
- IT systems assigned includes but not limited to: Primary: Plexus, eOrder, eResults, RPA, Tunas,Liaison: CMS, MH360, CRM, Webchat, chatbot
- Relevant Degree Education
- Preferably (candidate with no experience in the below are welcome to apply as well) Business process / IT related experienceWith background in healthcare or IT
