Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IdentityNow workflows, connectors, and rules to meet business requirements and security standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SailPoint platform.
• Configure and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SailPoint IGA platform, including system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures for developed applications and integrations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new features of SailPoint products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications and integrations within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
• Experience with identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow APIs, Identity Connector Framework (ICF), and integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
