Responsibilities

Responsible for optical defect inspection system, located at Skyworks Bedok clean room.
Create process recipe, execute test and release to manufacturing operators, with proper documentation work after test result is confirmed.
Analyze test data to check production yield stability and publish report.
Collaborate with team members, to identify cause of detected defect and reduce it.

Skills/Education

Minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline
AOI handling/semiconductor experience is preferred
