The Role
The investor relations ('IR') department of a company is dedicated to ensure there is an effective, regular and transparent communication with shareholders on matters such as operational and financial performance, regulatory changes, corporate governance and strategy.
In addition, IR is responsible for ensuring the Board understands the views of the shareholders on matters such as governance and strategy.
Key accountabilities
. Fulfilling the regulatory duty to disclosure financial and operational information, including governance and strategy in an timely and transparent manner
. Shareholder engagement through regular communication with the capital markets including investor meetings, attendance at investor conferences, roadshows, site visits, AGMs and ad hoc events
. Management of Investor Relation's internal and external chat channels such as Telegram and Capital Markets Whatsapp Group
Key financial markets:
Malaysia, Singapore, US, UK, Hong Kong and Japan
Qualifications & Experience
