Description

Provide nursing and basic care to clients.

Evaluate and monitor the progress of clients' treatment regularly.
Bedside nursing duties (permanent shift / rotating shift/office hours) such as: o Assistance with ADLs, lifting and transferring of patients where needed.
Provide comfort care o Keeping precooked meals to the patients, o Assist with activities appropriate to the patient's abilities
Vital signs monitoring
Male and female catheterization
Wound management, removal of stitches
Tracheostomy care and management
Nasogastric tube insertion and care management
Medication management:

Drug calculation/reconstitution, manage storage and administration of meds (inclusive of controlled drugs)

Medication packing - Ensure strict compliance with clinical regulations as a nurse.

Create and maintain a database of all clients, ensuring strict compliance with documentation, and providing evidencebased treatment with accurate and timely records.
Ensure appropriate, legible, and prompt documentation when required.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal.
Some weekends, public holidays, and overnight shift may be required depending on client needs.
