Description
Key Responsibliites:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle confidential information and ensure the security of company records
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
