Job description:


Your main responsibility is to
_handle _and
_grow_ a profitable and sustainable Business Unit, over which you will have full operational and strategic control.

You will be operating across four main areas on a daily basis:

Business and Strategy

  • Coordinating your Business Unit
  • Defining your Business Unit development strategy & monitoring its KPIs
  • Diversifying the implementation of existing and new services
  • Drafting a structured technical and financial business proposal and negotiating fees
  • Planning, preparing and leading meetings with prospective clients
  • Preparing and leading qualification meetings between clients and consultants in your Business Unit
  • Planning regular project reviews and followup meetings, and ensuring project reports are delivered timely

Managing client relationships

  • Monitoring client activities to anticipate needs and win new projects
  • Strengthening existing client partnerships and developing new ones
  • Managing legal and contractual aspects when opening new client accounts
  • Maintaining an outstanding relationship with Key Accounts

Financial management ('profit center')

  • You will be responsible for your Business Unit P&L
  • Providing advanced P&L analysis, identifying any issues and building an action plan to optimise turnover and contributive margin
  • Managing invoicing

HR & Management

  • Leading a team of managers and organising weekly meetings
  • Monitoring the career development of each member of your team
  • Coordinating and taking an active part in the recruitment of managers and consultants
  • Finding creative and adaptive solutions for consultants in between projects
  • Improving current processes and suggesting new initiatives
  • Participating actively in the implementation of Amaris 'Competences Centers'

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for
senior professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond their limits.

We need highly ambitious self-starters seeking new challenges:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related majors
  • Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
  • You have 4 to 6 years' experience as manager in Consulting Industry, with strong knowledge in one of the following verticals: Automotive/ IT/ Telecom/ Life Science
  • You are good at managing and maintaining relationship with international clients
  • You have strong knowledge and passion in providing technology solutions
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, and ability to identify talent and to develop skills to adapt to the local economy
  • Excellent written and spoken English
