  • Contribute to developing policies to close the digital divide, including creating programme proposals and implementation plans.
  • Manage programmes and projects to equip low-income families with Internet connectivity and infocomm devices. Liaise with stakeholders, partners and vendors of such programmes and projects.
  • Build relationships with key partners in the public, people and private sectors to achieve DAI objectives.
  • Analyse data and statistics to support policy decision-making. Create dashboards of Key Performance Indicators to monitor progress of programmes.
  • Articulate system requirements and work/negotiate with other government agencies to integrate processes and systems to improve and streamline social assistance programmes.
  • Assess and respond to appeals and other requests from members of the public.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/management or information technology
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with relevant experience in project management
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Good people skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of infocomm technologies, particularlyinfocomm applications for end-users
  • Passion for social causes
  • Experience with grant processing, web management, or the community and social service sector is preferred but not essential
  • Position offered will be commensurate with experience.
