- Implement outreach student alumni engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal external stakeholders plan deliver events execute student alumni events user experience pre-event post event activities provide administration support between NTUprenuer stakeholders coordinate logistics administrative support necessary successful implementation manage track I&E event calendar report engagement statistics maintain key operational databases student mailing lists increase awareness of NTPrenuer academic programmes creating supporting managing communications plans developed Academy programme level develop execution marketing initiatives production promotional collaterals videos suggest draft compelling content websites publicity emails other platforms manage social media platforms content planning scheduling performance tracking analytics reporting develop corporate gifts procurement distribution inventory collate content approval update NTPrenuer website digital channels review content departments ensure alignment Universities brand guidelines update approved content promptly monitor implementation posts according calendar provide administrative support mentorship programme ensure smooth interaction meeting mentors students communicate changes gather feedback services assist improving mentorship experience manage database alumni corporate volunteers utilization rates mentor profile sector skills location knowledge.
