- Responsible for General Ledger and ClosingCalculate monthly commission accrual and reconciliationPrepare AR-related month-end closing and reconciliationSupport preparation of monthly schedules
- Responsible for Intercompany Receipts and BillingAssist in receipting of intercompany commission income and payment of intercompany payment of behalf expensesPrepare entries for intercompany transactions
- Support Treasury functionAssist payment processing of invoices whilst ensuring proper checks and governance are adhered to
- Support new partners onboardingSupport other team member for new partners onboarding relating to finance matters such as commission reports integration with IT systems
- Support in team tasksAssist in audit work related to the above areasAssist is compiling supporting for GST filingBackup for other team member on other finance areas such as accounts payables, finance governance, treasury, expense budget, management reporting etc.

Job Profile Summary
In this role, the responsibilities include but are not limited to cash collection and cash forecast, prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and analysis related to account receivables ("AR"), participate in User Acceptance Test ("UAT") for onboarding of new partners and participate in on-going process improvement.
The expectation of the role is accurate, efficient and timely processing of receipt booking, reconciliation, closing, UAT while ensuring all financial operations are in compliant with relevant policies, statutory and regulatory requirements/guidelines.
