    Roles & Responsibilities

    Introduction:

    Casa Vostra is the brainchild of the Ebb & Flow Group and the esteemed Chef Antonio Miscellaneo of La Bottega Enoteca. As an Admin Assistant, you will be assisting with the daily operations of the central kitchen including reporting, delivery coordination, and other general administrative work.

    You will be required to work Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm, with a lunch break in between.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist the outlet manager in running daily admin operations
    • Create a weekly spreadsheet for team meetings
    • Manage order and delivery processes, coordinating with delivery partners to ensure on time and accurate deliveries
    • Follow sanitation and safety rules and local regulations
    • Take on extra task as needed by the outlet manager

    Who are we looking for:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Team-oriented, responsible and reliable in completing tasks without supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
