Responsibilities:


  • Provide customers with comprehensive pre and postsales support, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate service engineers and technicians to attend service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct systematic troubleshooting and timely repair of equipment.
  • Advise customers on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and corrective actions.
  • Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for contractual customers.
  • Assist in Projects, and A&A works as directed by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of service, warranty, and installation data.
  • Train and mentor assistant service engineers and technicians on technical matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management updates on issue resolution and team coordination.
  • Contribute to departmental financial goals by recommending necessary upgrades and spare parts to customers.
  • Enhance departmental productivity by identifying costsaving measures and process improvements.
  • Prepare service pricing quotations for repairs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 47 years of relevant experience in the consumer/food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Product Knowledge, with exposure to CAD-BIM software.
  • Capable of leading a team, making decisions, and work effectively under tight timelines. Proactive in updating and following up on task progress.
