Description

Kitchen Assistant

Location:
Pioneer (inside NTU), Sembawang Road (near Yishun MRT)

Working hours: 10am-10pm/9am - 9pm (2 hour lunch break)

Remuneration:
$ days/wk), $ days/wk), PT $12/hr

Benefits: 13th month, medical, annual leave, cpf entitlements, hospitalization leave

Requirements:
Able to communicate in Chinese

Assisting with the preparation of Chinese ingredients such as slicing and marinating meat, washing and chopping vegetables, and measuring spices.
Have good knife handling skills
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including the proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Assisting with plating dishes and delivering food to customers in the restaurant.
Assisting with the management of food inventory and ensuring that ingredients are stocked appropriately.
Understanding basic Chinese cuisine and being able to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and chefs.
