Description

1. Measurement and taking off & monthly progress claim
2. Pre & Post contract administration work
3. Sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers form approved vendor
4. Verify sub-contractors' progress payment and prepare payment responses
5. Liaise with consultant QS on progress payments and variation orders
6. Experience in tendering and negotiation
7. Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
8. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
9. Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.
10. Requesting for quotations/proposals.
11. Assist to prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost plans
12. Assist in procurement and negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors.
13. Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
14. Prefer experience working in structural steel industry.
