**Our client is a leading player in education administration programs. As the company scales, they are looking to bring on a Customer Service Officer who can help support them through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Duties

  • Answering to call customers and clients enquiries and escalate them to relevant departments.
  • Transferring of phone calls to the relevant department.
  • Answer all clients' inquiries regarding Quotations and Orders
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
