Description

Responsibility

• To lead project team on all aspects of services/mechanical and electrical/sanitary and plumbing scope of work
• To support the Construction Team for M&E engineering works
• To support Contracts Dept on tender related scope
• To support Project Managers and Technical Dept
• Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works
• Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials, and method statements
• Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software
