    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Role Responsibilities as Business Development manager :

    New Business Development

    • Build and grow internal and external relationships with stakeholders
    • Develop and execute effective branding, sales strategies and presentations to increase our brand visibility in target markets
    • Lead the identification, evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnership
    • Propose to R&D team in China and Singapore and develop new products or features to cater to local customers in the region
    • Organize roadshow to explore business opportunities on the healthcare trend & opportunities in Singapore and the world.

    Market Analysis and Strategy Development

    • Conduct through market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and growth opportunities in target markets in ASEAN countries
    • Develop comprehensive business development strategies and action plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
    • Formulate periodic strategic and operational work plans and/or related policies
    • Collaborating with sales and customer service management on sale goals, planning and forecasting; maintaining short-and long-term business development plans

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related healthcare scientific field, possessing Master's degree is advantageous.
    • At least 10-year proven business development, sales, or marketing experience in healthcare industry
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environment.
    • Fluency (written and oral) in English and communicate with chinese counterparts mandarin language is a plus.
    • Required to travel to China and Southeast countries and stay for a relatively long time like 1-2 weeks in a month for reporting, partner meeting, market research and development.
