**Title: Finance ExecutiveReprting to:
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
- Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
- Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
- Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with degree or diploma in finance are welcome.
- Highly motivated, proactive & resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal skills and contribute to a positive work environment
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
