_Responsibilities _

• Conduct sector and companylevel research and support evaluation of investment opportunities across our 4 investment themes
• Build financial models and prepare relevant analyses
• Support due diligence on potential investees across financial, tax, legal, commercial, technical, and impact workstreams
• Support transaction execution
• Preparation of discussion materials for meetings including internal committee meetings
• Work with and monitor portfolio companies postinvestment
• Support firm level activities as necessary

_Skills and Qualifications _

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required (concentration in accounting / finance / economics / business is a plus)
• Demonstrate initiative and integrity, with an intense focus on detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Keen interest in investing and impact
• Proficiency in Southeast Asian language(s) will be considered favourably
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Familiarity with any financial software or databases (e.g. Capital IQ) will be a plus
