    Roles & Responsibilities

    Customer Service Officer

    • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday 8.30am pm
    • Salary: $2,000 - $2,800
    • Location: Ubi

    Requirements:

    • 1 year experience as customer service

    Jobs Scope:

    • Daily cash collection
    • Handle inbound & outbound calls, and reply to emails with regards to general enquiries, complaints, service requests & troubleshooting.
    • Email allocation to officers for technical service arrangements.
    • Coordinate and liaise closely on service arrangements with various internal departments and external parties to ensure timely response to customers.
    • Administrative duties
    • Preparation of quotations and bill processing
    • Other duties as assigned
