- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday 8.30am pm
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,800
- Location: Ubi
- 1 year experience as customer service
- Daily cash collection
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, and reply to emails with regards to general enquiries, complaints, service requests & troubleshooting.
- Email allocation to officers for technical service arrangements.
- Coordinate and liaise closely on service arrangements with various internal departments and external parties to ensure timely response to customers.
- Administrative duties
- Preparation of quotations and bill processing
- Other duties as assigned
