- Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
- Determining the requirements of customers, such as budgets and timelines, and communicating them to other members of the team
- Developing and executing sales strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers
- Coordinating with other members of the organization to ensure that customer needs are met
- Presenting proposals for new projects or services based on customer requirements
- Creating documentation of new projects or services to help ensure that they are implemented successfully
- Working with engineering staff to ensure that products fit the customer's needs
- Achieve the sales target
- Any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognized universities
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in sales and/or business development
- Team player with a can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Creative and resourceful individual who possesses strong determination for success
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess driving license with own car
- Location: Tuas
- Working Day: Mon to Fri
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: $3,500 to $4,500 + Transport incentive
