Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and contribute to the strategic account planning process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer account information to conduct analysis influencing accountspecific decisionmaking.
- Ensure profitable sales volume and strategic objectives are achieved for assigned accounts.
- Enhance sales revenue by proposing promotions or introducing new upgrades/subscription plans.
- Improve customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze, comprehend, and recommend solutions to enhance customers' business processes and productivity.
- Evaluate customer accounts/industry and propose strategies to expand account size and value.
- Prepare detailed proposals/quotes tailored to each customer's requirements.
- Fulfill related duties essential for effective account management and assigned tasks.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Business Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Excellent proposal writing, project management, and presentation skills to engage customers at senior management levels.
